Change Your Password

1. 1. Navigate to My Insight > View Profile > Change My Password.

3. 2. Type in your new password and then retype the same password to confirm it.




4. 3. Click Save, and now your password has been updated.

Change Password for Other Users

For System Administrators in order to reset the password for other users please do the following:

1. 1. Navigate to > Administration > Users.




2. 2. The "Users" screen will appear.  Click on the user you wish to edit.


3. 3. The User's Profile screen will appear.  Click on the Edit Profile icon.





4. 4. Click the Reset Password icon.

 


5. 5. Type in the new password and then retype the same password to confirm it.


6. 6. Click Save, and now the user's password has been updated.
