We are detecting system latency which started around 2:25 PM Pacific time and are currently working to solve the problem.
In order to solve the problem we are taking the system offline at about 2:35 PM Pacific Time.
2:45 PM Pacific we are back up online, but it may be slow for the next several minutes as we bring all servers back up.
2:50 PM Pacific the servers appears to be functioning at normal performance levels. We rebooted all servers and are closely monitoring the performance to prevent recurrence of the problem.
